Citizens and Leaders of the Kingdoms, I have carefully constructed a step-by-step plan for The Forsaken Clan to implement in Primogen Morrow's quest for re-education of her clan. I wish to share my new PIT (People's Instructional Transformation) program with all of the kingdoms, so that other leaders of the kingdoms who may struggle with members being openly and dangerously rebellious may find their way to peace and unity under the banner of their nation's crown. <b>Step 1: Seeds of Doubt Begin planting subtle seeds of doubt about their rebellious cause. Sow confusion by questioning the principles of the rebellion with seemingly innocent questions such as "Why are we still rebelling against the crown 500+ years after the war ended?" or "Blight hasn't been seen for almost 100 years, and when he was seen he bent the knee, shouldn't we follow suit?" or idle statements such as "gosh these statues of our leaders are old, we should do some remodeling!" <b>Step 2: Offer Incentives There is almost nothing more effective than bribery, known in some circles as "incentives." You can start by promising the most rebellious members positions of prominence in some made-up hiearchy of power, feeding their thirst for power, which may very well be the root of the rebellion to begin with. You could also incentivize them with tangible rewards, such as money or their own miniature thrones. Perhaps throw in once-a-week snack parties to boost morale. <b>Step 3: Create a Cult of Personality Begin your campaign of information (exaggerated, if needbe). Spread tales of the Crown's heroic deeds and bold fashion sense. Commission flattering portraits or statues of them riding bears, feeding children, and replace any propaganda of old that may encourage rebellious thoughts. In time, he will be a sensation within your organization. <b>Step 4: It's Showtime! It's now time to stage elaborate spectacles in honor of the leader to emphasize their greatness. Think fireworks, choreographed marches, and synchronized swan-dives off of the castle roof. This would also be the time to encourage your kindred to work together to plan a big parade in the leader's honor. Initiating a collaborative project with the goal of lauding the leader is an excellent way to promote unity and oneness among the otherwise divided. <b>Step 5: Affirming Loyalty & Dealing with Dissent Implement a mandatory loyalty oath to the leader. You may also choose to include a secret handshake or perhaps matching tattoos or accessories containing the symbol of the leader. At this step, anyone questioning the leader's authority should be shunned and snubbed by their peers until they begin to feel the pressure to conform in order to keep their friends. If the person in question happens to be resilient to peer pressure, forcing them to engage in rigorous and perhaps absurd physical activity ad nauseum until their spirit is broken is a last-resort measure that has time and again proven very effective. <b>Step 6: Repetition is Key For the PIT to be effective, consistency is key. Keep hammering home the message of the leader's supremacy through catchy slogans and subliminal messaging during all of the aforementioned steps. Eventually, even the most stubborn rebels will be forced into unwavering obedience to the leader. <b>Step 7: A New Dawn Congratulations!
