Neutral Findings It has been a long journey of discovering what Neutrality is and how I view it. Although some ideas have changed, there are a good portion that have remained the same. I was fortunate in my journey to find that what I thought was proper, was also what others found proper. Neutrality is the idea that one will act without intervention. Although I am called to be Neutral at all times and I do strive to achieve this, there are certain situations that may arise that may truly test this idea. There could be a situation in which my family is faced with harm. Do I sit by and remain Neutral in this situation? One may see defense as not being Neutral but this is an outside force that one may face and have to decide. We are influenced by the Yin and Yang of nature. Finding the balance between the two is what neutrality can be. Not letting either side pull you one way or the other too far, helps remain Neutral. One cannot always expect that people will understand their neutrality and that's ok. We are not here to prove anything to anyone other than ourselves. Such doings allow us to maintain a fair Balance and Neutrality. It can be said that Neutrality can lose the battles, but in the end, it can dominate the war within. -Wu Xing Master -JediJosh | |
