Hello all and thank you for reading. I have been sent on a task to describe why I am devoting myself to the butterfly. I do not see it as a task as I find myself discovering many things about myself and others as I attend to my journey to be one with the Druids. The butterfly, foremost, symbolizes transformation. Also, on a personal note, it symbolizes that it should make these changes with grace and tenderness. I have been through many moments where I thought that I was going to escape my chrysalis only to end up once again as an egg. I have been through moments where I was an egg and ended up looking like a Monarch butterfly. In this instance, I did not do it gracefully. The butterfly shows elegance without being pompous or egregious. It can become completely susceptible to everything else in nature to become what it was meant to be.
