I arrived to Islets in a rush after overstaying my nap beneath a shady tree in my circle. Quotah had gathered a group of strays wanting some guidance in the art of scouting. One should always look to further their knowledge, so I welcomed the chance to learn beneath her.

We were first greeted by a large stone bridge, where we discussed foraging water and the purification methods needed to assure it's purity. Quotah mentioned in particular the SOLIS method of solar purification and how light can be used to treat water in certain containers. We examined the bridge for integrity and any signs of failure before proceeding singularly forward across.

We eventually came across the ancient stage. Here we discussed what local resources could be used to provide shelter should the need arise and the intricacies of Camoflauge in our area. Quotah then marked an area on each of our maps, asking us to track her along a certain route to our destination while maintaining anonymity through our camoflauge and tracking knowledge discussed.

After a bit of stumbling initially, my group was quite successful in our camoflauge. Largely benefitting from the large supply of foliage in the area, we were able to move discreetly through the path while staying just out of sight. Upon meeting Quotah at the marked destination we proceeded through the Islets discussing utilizing identifiable terrain and resources located in your map, selecting a proper branch and plant material for makeshift bows and arrows, and the process of turning branch to bow before creating your ammunition from local resources.

We came upon a small peninsula, bridged off from both sides. Here we took a rest to explain securing our facilities should a party need to make camp for a night. Using your terrain to your advantage in any way possible, avoiding open areas where a bad actor may find you vulnerable, and trap placement to notify you should a visitor may arrive.

Zaddy volunteered to utilize his Cartography knowledge and lead us to the end place of our Scouting Trip, the home of Noxhil. Here we were given a test in our own knowledge as Quotah had us render out example Legends for a map of the area after a brief moment for questions and commentary from the team.
