I have chosen the Dagda to devote myself to. After researching the many wonderful gods to choose from, this is the one who matches my desires, my thoughts and my goals. I have always enjoyed music and have been told my voice is pleasing to the ear. I also enjoy playing the lute, strumming out songs and tunes to anyone or anything that will listen. Having chosen to be a poet, a healer, I have given myself over to the task of helping the poor, the injured, the sad and to try to be approachable to any and all who may need my assistance. To me, the Dagda encompasses all the things I try to accomplish with my life. Knowing there is a god that I can identify with fills me with wonder and joy.
