I meditate in my quiet home in Masan. This place used to be heavily populated, but now it's a harmonious space with nature, where nobody lives. Masan can go through the north of kugnae. I start my day by meditating under the tree of Masan. I hear birds chirping, and they rest around me or do their own thing. The birds' chirping makes me a pleasant white noise and a great background sound for meditation that makes me part of nature. That's how I continue my meditation to blend in with nature and animals. So one day, while I was meditating in Masan every day, changes began to occur. One day dogs rested near my knees, and one day a chicken laid eggs near me. I thought animals were starting to see me as part of nature. Then, one day, birds came up to my head and started to rest. I meditated without moving my body as much as possible so that the birds wouldn't leave. So whenever they sat on my head, I tried to stay as stationary as possible. Then, one day, I had a different idea. The birds were resting on their heads as always, and I started to stand up uncharacteristically. But they weren't falling off me, they were resting on the spot. Then I realized that the birds, the animals, thought me comfortable and were considered nothing more than nature. So I felt that it was time to move the bird sitting on my head with my fingers and end my meditation. - neja | |
