Hello there! Let me try and answer this questions with out pointing to any one specific Path. (I am kinda bias haha). So to point this out simply would be it is very much so dependant. For most paths there is a set guidelines for the Guides to follow. Some paths have a very specific lay out meaning that does not matter what guide you go to; the training will all be the same. There are other paths that the Guides have a more flexed guideline and it is more so. These are the topics that need to be covered it is up to you on how you do that. Generally speaking when I first became a Merchant it took Months and months of hard work to get in. Now most people can finish an entire training cycle (regardless of path) in a few weeks to a month. (This is all dependant on if you decide to take the time). I can speak from this with experience.
