If you sage/worldshout/post that you have an item for sale, then you should have a price in mind. If somebody inquires and your only response is: "oFfEr???", it indicates that you're looking to take advantage of some sucker who doesn't know better. Think about the real world. Where do you find sellers with no listed price? Nowhere. Maybe craigslist or facebook marketplace, but in reality, you're not even going to waste your time with these jokers, so why do it here? Truth is, you have a price in your mind, so either post for what you want or don't post at all. I don't care if you're asking 100 trillion for the thing, but at least give people a starting off point to negotiate. Alternatively, you can always do: "100 trillion obo, will sell by X/Y date to the highest bidder." Stop trying to scam everyone and just ask what you want. Not directed at anyone in particular because over 50% of the community takes the oFfEr??? approach. <b> Do better. <b> -COOKED | |
