I normally wouldn't post something like this publicly, but I'm having an issue right now and I want to explain my side clearly. I'm basically being questioned over a registration code I used, and it seems like they believe I may have stolen it or knowingly used a code that wasn't legitimate. I did not steal anything, and I had no reason to believe there was anything wrong with the code. I've bought plenty of reg codes from people in Nexus using gold and have never had a problem before. The problem is I honestly don't remember exactly who I bought this particular code from... I've bought multiple codes over time, and I also regularly delete old nmail after I use the codes, So I may not have the original message anymore. I understand why they have to investigate if a code was reported or there's an issue with it. I'm not asking anyone to just take my word for it... I'm simply saying that from my side, I paid gold for a registration code like I've done before, received it, and used it believing it was legitimate... If I got scammed or someone sold me a code they weren't supposed to have, I didn't know that when I bought it... I'm just trying to figure out what happened and hopefully get this resolved fairly... | |
