Recently ATT network staff attempted a change to the network, and the result was a poor connection between the ATT network, and the WorldCom network (our ISP). Due to this problem ATT users are experiencing some serious connection problems. Unfortunately there is nothing we can do to help with this problem, but WorldCom staff is attempting to assist ATT find and resolve the issue.

This problem will affect all players on any ATT network (or players who just go through the ATT network). This includes cable users with the ATTBI system.

I have attempted to contact ATT about this issue, with little luck. As of right now I have no ETA on when this issue will be fixed.
