My Lords, Ladies and Citizens of all lands, At the age of 12, I had to leave behind the priviledges of childhood to become a King. We fought to build a better front, we fought for peace, but also we became able to recognize when to show the sharpened blade. I may be an old man, but we still look over our Kingdom. Even though I can not reward everyone for their hard work thruwards the Kingdom. However, time has come to ponder on the merits of those who contribute, not only to Koguryo, but to all our neighboring lands. Those who fought in wars; those who teach the young ones daily; those who work to provide entertainment to our community; and those who are almost never noticed for their kind words and dedication. The Kingdom is not made of what is built, it is rather made of those who live in it. In my heart, you are all recipients of my most grateful appreciation. Today you will be rewarding those citizens, not only with prizes but with words and sincere smiles.
