We just about managed to scrape together enough players to pull off community event last night, after lots of shouting and raising the pot to 10m, after two failed attempts in previous weeks. This is a sad state of affairs. Community events are one of my favourite parts of the game, it's one of NTK's more unique features, but the condition of the economy has made these impossible to practically incentivise. I've argued before for clan event marks as a path to Ee culture - it definitely reflects 'culture' much more than daily coins ever could - but if not that, it would be great to have *anything* effective in this regard. Promoting community interaction is the entire purpose of an MMO, and if we can't do that, we are finished. | |
