Subject :	Subs and Neck Items for Riches Prizes

I think it's time to add subaccessories and neck items to the list of Riches Carnage prizes. I'm thinking the subaccessories could be similar in stats to the red/black boots that so many of us remember. The neck items can be similar (maybe slightly less good in stats) to that of the heart necklaces. This will add some good items to the game that will be attainable for more people. Levels needed would: 99, Il san, Ee san, Sam san, and Sa San
