I think it would be neat to celebrate the Lunar New Year with a "targeted" experience bonus. Since this coming year will be Year of the Snake, the experience bonus would be only for hunting snakes (ideally any snake anywhere in Nexus, but at the very least Mythic snake cave.) It'd be unrealistic to do this for the entire year (unless you want to). At a minimum, the Korean New Year is celebrated from January 28-30 this year (that should be expanded to include Feb 1-2 for the weekend.) It is also traditional for some activities to last from January 29 to February 13 or 14 (for 15 days of celebration. This would be a lead in to the Valentine's day event.) | |
