This is a Guide on how to take a screenshot. The uses of a screenshot, apart from your own will to keep shots of the game, such us events, it can be used as evidence in cases of profanity. The way to take a screenshot is explained as follows : When you see something and you wish to take a screenshot, you simply press "Scroll Lock" key on your keyboard. An exact image of the current screen is saved in .bmp format in your hard disk. The image is saved in the following directory : C:\Program Files\Nexus\NextAeon\Screenshots\tk001.bmp You can use any graphics program (e.g Paint) to view the image taken. Justice uses screenshots as evidence in many cases. These cases are, but not limited to: a)Profanity b) Verbal harassment If a Judge requests a screenshot from you as evidence for a case, you simply do the following: You send email to the email address given by the Judge and you "attach" the image file to the email. Refer to your email program instructions on how to attach a file to your email. The file MUST be in .bmp format and NOT altered. Other formats are NOT accepted and any alterations are punished severely (Refer to Law 37). Katia | |
