ASPIRING CLAN GUIDE (How to Become an Official Clan) A. Priorities - Information you must know first. 1. The future Primogen of the clan must be level 50 +. 2. The future Primogen cannot be a Subpath Elder. Subpath Guides need to inform their Elder and seek permission to be in both positions. 3. The future Primogen must not have any criminal brandings. 4. The future Primogen must not belong to any other clan. To start a clan while being a member of another clan is not showing dedication to your own clan. This applies for your future clan members as well. B. How to Start a Clan 1. Choose a Kingdom (Buya, Kugnae, Nagnang) where your clan will reside. This will automatically ally you with Princess Lasahn, Prince Mhul, Prince Kija accordingly. 2. Choose an unique Clan name -- the title that your clan will be known as. It must be related to the Asian Mythic world and cannot be similar to another existing official clan. 3. Choose an unique Clan theme. Can you explain in one sentence what your clan is about? After that you can go in depth on the meaning. It must be related to the Asian Mythic world and cannot be similar to another existing official clan. 4. Have a clan history; how did your clan come into creation? Include your clan's entire background up to its establishment in the kingdom. 5. Clan web page. Every clan needs to have an official clan web page including what the clan is about and all the above. 6. Once you have done all the above, it's important that you advertise your clan in the community. You must show that you are at least trying to do some recruiting, event-holding materials, as this is what official clans do. You must shine as if you were official. When enough time has passed, and you feel you have proven yourself to the community, contact the Royal of your clan's kingdom (Mhul, Lasahn, Kija), and state that you wish to meet with the tribunal. They will arrange a time/date for the potential clan's Primogen to meet with Tribunal. C. The Tribunal The Tribunal is a group that consists of Prince of Kugnae, Princess of Buya, Prince of Nagnang, Immortals and Official Clan Primogens. It is their duty to review upcoming clans. The Tribunal votes on a whether your clan is made Official or not (so, again, it's important that you have shown prior effort to better your clan BEFORE requesting a place in tribunal). 1. Meet with Tribunal and present your ideas. 2. Here are some things the tribunal will ask when reviewed: Membership Process Clan Justice Process Clan History and Theme Misc. Clan events and situations 3. If the clan is approved to undergo a 6 probation period, gather 100 members from the kingdom you chose and attend tribunal regularly (refer to Article A.4). ATTENTION: Asking people for clan donations when you are NOT official is ILLEGAL. It is fraud and scamming and will be punished by the Nexus justice. 4. If not approved, return after 4 weeks with new ideas. 5. a)The tribunal will conduct a vote at the 3 month period to determine whether or not the clan has been meeting expectations. If approved, the clan will continue its probation period. If not approved, the clan will be dismissed from the Tribunal and is given one last opportunity to redeem themselves before requesting another hearing. b) The tribunal will conduct a final vote at the end of the 6 month probation period where they will vote for your clan to become official. If accepted, Tribunal will set tribute for clan hall and garden area. At this time you may accept donations for your clan. If not approved, you do not have another chance to be voted. 6.
