During the seventy-eighth year of King MuHyul's reign, it was revealed that Prince ChaeRi of Nagnang had a young daughter. Delivered to Nagnang by a mysterious deity named Providence, the young Princess Sutsang arrived to much fanfare and celebration from the Nangen people.
Soon after, ChaeRi was formally named King of Nagnang. His original decree regarding Princess Sutsang can be found below:

My beautiful daughter's name is Sutsang, and she has been
introduced to Nagnang during last week's Tribunal. I love
her very much and she should be treated as you would treat
