Due to recent increase in players creating newbie characters with purpose of harassing/insulting/spamming/scamming/3rd party program/etc the following new rule takes effect immediately: If a player creates a newbie character with the purpose of harassing/insulting/spamming/scamming/3rd party program/etc other players/Community, then the punishment shall be carried out in such a way where their main character will be punished as well as the newbie character.
