Inorder for this gamble law to be in effect the text on the next post must be said word for word.  Please note players can "Ghetto Gamble" on their own risk and do not need to use this law to protect them.

Please be aware that when I mention 'Player A' and 'Player B' the two people gambling need to say you're names.

Please also be aware that screen shots do tend to come out black, if the loser claims that their screen shot came out black of giving player the item, that will result in the item never being exchanged.  It is vital that both winner and loser check their screen shot folder for all evidence, especially the winning exchange.

Any evidence that "disappears" or "never was taken" or "came out black" will be the responsibility of the person who claims the evidence was lost.  So the loser can not claim after the fact that their evidence is gone for giving the player the item.  If that happens the loser will be jailed for theft, you are responsible for your evidence.  Double check your screen shot folder of the exchange happening for the screen shot.

All gambles need to be done in a room that is private (G'oh rooms for example) so all text can be documented easily.  It is vital that both parties have all evidence so they can defend themselves in court.

The text evidence can be obtained easily by pulling the toggle on the top right side of the text box up so the whole screen is covered with the chat box.  Please use that to document the entire conversation in one screen shot so the judge can see what is said before and after the gamble has occurred.  Please turn off whispers/sages/clan chat/sub path chat so nothing gets in the way of the gamble.  This is for the judges to read your evidence more clearly.

Please note that a player can not say after the fact that they do not get something within this post.  Saying that you are fully aware of it entails that you are fully aware of everything in it.  If you are not aware of how to use this law with a gamble please contact a judge before using it.

The number the player selects will be the number that chooses the winner.  For example, Player A chooses 1 then if a 1 is rolled that means Player A is the winner and Player B's item must be given to Player A.

The script on the next post must be used word for word to ensure the justice department can step in for the theft of a gamble item.  Attempting to alter the text to scam someone will result in you being jailed.  Do not claim after the fact that you had a typo, saying "I do not agree to give Player B the item..." or anything of that nature will be considered to be attempting to scam.
