Before you can start anything you must make sure that you: 1) Have Ox karma or better 2) Are level 99 3) Have been blessed by the watcher 4) Are not in a player run subpath. (Spy, Ranger, or Merchant) Now you ask 'How can I be blessed by the watcher' Follow these steps: 1) Go West of North gate Buya ( over the border wall ) 2) Walk around near the tree until you get a message 3) If the message says that he has smiled at you, you have been blessed, if not then you need higher karma. Now you want the spell everyone wants 'Cunning' To gain Cunning follow these steps: 1) Get a Lucky silver coin, Blood, 50 thousand coins, and Baekho key 2) Go to Kugnae Rogue Hall and learn Cunning from the Rogue Elder ( npc ) There now you have received the Cunning secret.
