Dear Citizens, Today after several long meetings with leaders and representatives from Buya and Nagnag, as well as other important figures in many different fields from all over the nation we have unanimously decided to sign the order for the capture of Nagnag and his men. Recently Nagnag has been building up a very large mercenary army, and stockpiled weapons and armor on an extremely large scale. We can see no reason for such a large amount of men and equipment other than to wage war on another nation or nations. Documents uncovered from his palace show communications between Nagnag and several large mercenary tribes and lead us to believe that he will be launching his offensive against an unspecified target within the coming weeks. By royal decree I command anybody who has the opportunity to capture Nagnag to do so, and deliver him to one of the armies so that he may be questioned and dealt with accordingly.
