People have recently questioned my motives behind the justice that is happening and that I and other Archons and Judges are dispensing. Allow me to clear a few things up if I can. First off, it is summer break from school, and many kids find it fun to do nothing more than cause havok. We have a trial membership policy that allows them to do this rather easily. We are now trying to incorporate some new strategies to keep this trial period possible but restrict the ability to harrass with peasants. Also, many kids do not think that there can be much real life harm done. That is not true. We are now looking into legal actions against this person and/or his family for the week long disruption he has caused to this game. Before I banished Desiccator (ninjakid/nexoonworker) permamently, he quickly told me that the reason he was doing this was because of an unfair ruling that a judge had made against him. For this one act, he felt it necessary to disrupt not only my work schedule, but all new players who didn't know any better about handing out passwords, inflaming people against one another as he got on the regged characters and caused trouble, placing an even bigger strain on our justice system and stopping me from completing another quest on time. All of this can cause a financial strain upon Nexon. Now, as for my seemingly playing favorites with banishing character sharers, the law states that if there is proof of a Character being shared, that character will be deleted. With the case of reversej and Gogeta, they were the character being shared so they were deleted. However, lostSoulX, Wimp, BigSexy, etc. their characters were not being shared so they just lost their items as punishment. When LostSoulX and TPhAnTaSyH were caught sharing each other's character, they were both banished. I am following the laws and their punishments as best as they can be followed. And EVERY time I do it, I hate it. I want to create a place for people to enjoy playing and not a place for me to banish and arrest my players. People, please realize that all your criminal actions do is lessen the experience for everyone. For every minute I spend on a crime is a minute less for a new quest or event. Thank you for your time.
